Drug Detection Services can advise companies and employers on the creation of workplace drug and alcohol policies and also the required clauses, and the correct wording of, that are need to freely and legally preform drug testing on all employees.
We work closely and engage the advice of Sue Nolan MSc.(Hons), MNZIC, PG.Dip.Bus and level 4, National Certificate of Adult Education.
Sue Nolan has been both a forensic scientist and regular expert witness for 35+ years specializing in illicit drugs and toxicology. Initial employment was with the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR) which became the Institute of Environmental Science and Research Ltd (ESR), a Crown Research Institute (CRI).
Since 1992 Sue has advised over 1,500 companies on Drug Free Workplace Programmes, regularly published in her disciplines and presented papers at New Zealand and overseas conferences. She has gained a significant international reputation.
Sue is a board member of IFDAT (International Forum for Drug and Alcohol Testing) and was included as a member of the Independent Observer Team for The World Anti-doping Agency (WADA) during the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney and the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City. The Team audited the entire Drug Testing process at those events. Sue remains an advisor to WADA on their assessment of research proposals.
